Two Letters From The Accuser |
This is a transcript of the original statement in which the charges were made. The obvious purpose of this statement was to show "Poela" as being unfit to be the girl's guardian. She may also have hoped it would help her to plea bargain out of the arson charges on which her and the others had just been picked up. It seems to have worked remarkably well in both cases. Neither the accuser nor the other minor female involved in the arson have faced any charges in that case and, of course, they no longer have to live with Poela. They both expressed a desire to live with their aunts, Carla Daniels and Kitty Stampers, the two ladies who helped prepare this statement against Poela and who witnessed it for the DHS. I believe the DHS and Jim Hood took advantage of the distressful situation this troubled young girl found herself in and, instead of helping they USED her for political gain. I have tried to preserve as much as possible of the original spelling and punctuation. DMT To Whom This May Concern Talking about sleeping with camron sleeping with Tony, Kenny, Rickey, Thomas. I don't want Rickey in trouble because he thinks I am seventeen years old. I slept with Tony willingly. I slept with Rickey willingly. .... Mom thretened me with my life. Mom slept with Tony, Kenny, Timmy, Mom slept with Timmy in front of XXXXXXX ( name of minor female excised). She made me lie a lot. We talked about Jimmy Anders and what he did and didn't do. I told Pammy about setting fire to Perry & Regina's traler. Poela is practicing witchcraft. Tony, Timmy, Jack, Kenny, Jimmy, JR, Missy, Perry, Rejina, Hurashel, Poela, XXXX, XXXXXXX, is all the people in the house at this time. Mom would not let me go to bed. When we came in we would have to clean, cook, and do our chores. We was not able to do our homework. When I came to live with Poela I was still a virgian. I had been rapted by my step father we only had oral sex. Mom (Poela) would not let me go to church. Poela would not take me to the doctor. Poela would not let me see if I was prenect or not. We did not have a lot of food. She made me and XXXXXXX smoke. I got sick and she laughed at me. Poela made us steal cigs. We talked about Joimmy Anders coming to our house almost every night. He pulled a gun a shot at XXXXXXX outside my house. XXXXXXX said it was a small gun. He also kiked her in the stomach. He or one of his friends cut my hand with a knife. (I still have the mark I have a cut next to my right eye where I ran into the door face. Poela slaped me a lot. She whooped me for running away when I didn't. She made me fight Regina. I want to stay with my aunt Kitty or my aunt Shirley or XXXXXXX's grandmother. Signed XXXX XXXXXX Witnessed by: Carla Daniels Kitty Stampers The accuser in this case had a well established pattern of charging adults with sexual misconduct and then, at the last minute, taking it back. Apparently she had intended to do that in this case but she was kept on a short leash by Ms. Pammy Davidson (The DHS Social Worker) who would not permit her to do so. The following letter was smuggled out by her between trials and passed around among friends and relatives. There is absolutely no doubt that this letter and the statement above were the product of the same hand and mind. By one technicality or another the prosecutor has kept the letter from coming to light or being seen by any jury. After writing this and smuggling it to relatives the accuser got back on the stand, under oath, and denied that it was hers. Experts say it could not have been written by anyone else. This constitutes perjury. The only question still to be answered is WHY she was willing to commit perjury to convict innocent people. If we are to believe her statement in this letter it is because they "Wouldn't let me tell the truth". We believe that she was under threat of facing the arson charges which started all this if she ever changed her testimony. When asked if anyone else COULD have written she named two others as possibilities and then added that she did not believe either of them had written it. It would seem she was trying to allow the truth to emerge without actually violating the letter of her deal with the D.A. to never change her testimony. DMT (The accuser's second letter) To Whom This may Concern I am willingly to tell what did and didn't happen. I lied a lot. I didn't sleep with Jimmy Anders, Thomas, Kenny, Camron, Tony. I only slept with Rickey and he thought I was 17 years old. I don't want anybody in trouble because me and XXXXXXX lied because Poela was mean to us and Camron was asking to much about gangs and Pammy talked to me and XXXXXXX about a lot to. Regina, I had to slip this letter to you or Pammy would be mad at me because she don't want us to say anything at all. I am sorry about setting fire to your traler. Have you seen Tony, Kenny, Timmy? I heard Jack is in prison and Poela is to. Why is Hurashel free? He helped set fire to your traler. We was not able to say anything but me, XXXXXXX, Hurashel, Poela, Jack, set the traler on fire. When me and XXXXXXX tryed to tell the truth Pammy told us no one was in trouble and do not say anything. Me and XXXXXXX want to be together, Regina, but we can't be because Pammy won't let us.
